The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning operational logistics, scheduling and dispatching personnel, monitoring shipments, maintaining records, and supporting the protected and efficient movement of freight in a fast-paced trucking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Compile orders and instructions received from customers
- Organize tasks to accomplish the work
- Oversee operational logistics of the organization
- Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
- Maintain work records and logs
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Keep track of shipments
- Maintain vehicle operator work records Mandatory Requirements
- College/CEGEP
- 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in trucking / transportation operations
- Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Open for Night Shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must meet company safety requirements,
