Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EDM Cloud Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle EDM Cloud, a strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance, and familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud applications such as Planning and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

The consultant will be responsible for managing enterprise metadata, maintaining dimensions and hierarchies, configuring viewpoints and request workflows, and supporting integrations across Oracle EPM applications. This is a remote opportunity for a professional with solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain, and support Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Cloud applications.
- Manage enterprise metadata, including dimensions, hierarchies, nodes, properties, viewpoints, and node types.
- Configure and maintain request workflows, approval processes, and data governance rules.
- Support master data management (MDM) initiatives and ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of enterprise metadata.
- Work with Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Oracle Planning and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
- Perform metadata imports, exports, extracts, validations, and application integrations.
- Support metadata synchronization and data movement across connected Oracle EPM applications.
- Troubleshoot metadata issues, integration errors, and application configuration challenges.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Assist with testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle EDM Cloud solutions.
- Leverage REST APIs, EPM Automate, and scripting to support automation and integration activities where applicable.
- Follow established data governance standards, best practices, and change management procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance concepts.
- Practical knowledge of dimensions, hierarchies, nodes, properties, viewpoints, and request workflows.
- Experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud applications, particularly Planning and FCCS.
- Understanding of metadata imports, exports, extracts, validations, and application integrations.
- Knowledge of metadata management and synchronization across enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, EPM Automate, and scripting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Oracle EDM Cloud implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
- Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud integration and automation.
- Understanding of enterprise data standards, metadata governance, and approval processes.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and supporting functional testing and deployments.
