Must-Have Skills
- 12-15+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, including Projects Costing, in a Lead Consultant or Architect capacity.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work directly with CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior business leaders.
- Experience managing and collaborating with offshore teams, particularly teams based in India.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification.
- Previous utility industry experience.
