Responsibilities span leadership competencies, organizational design, talent mapping, succession planning, coaching, and mentorship. Robust project management coordinates stakeholders, vendors, implementation, reporting, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop learning and leadership development strategy implementation plans

Translate leadership competencies into practical development programs

Support organizational structures, role profiles, and capability assessments





Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning processes

Establish coaching and mentorship program frameworks

Requirements

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

Five to seven years of progressive relevant experience

Experience managing learning, leadership, or organizational capability programs

Understanding of talent development and succession planning practices

Project management experience with stakeholders and external providers

Bring learning strategy, organizational design, talent management, and program management expertise to AGF’s People & Culture function.
