seamless and cost-effective services, both locally and globally. We are looking to add an experienced Patent Agent to join the Canadian team with focus in the areas of patent drafting, filing and prosecution.

Conduct IP audits and due diligence for investors in intellectual property and businesses with IP assets. Draft arguments to advocate clients' positions, with reference to case law.

Qualified Canadian Patent

Agent with at least two (2) years experience since qualification. Recognized degree in electrical or computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or related disciplines. Patent drafting, filing and prosecution. Demonstrated technical excellence. Currently, firm members enjoy a hybrid arrangement, working 1 to 2 days in the office and from home. #
