Job Overview

CareSuperior is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide quality care and support to clients in Oshawa, Ontario.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others, respect the dignity of every client, and can work flexible part-time shifts during weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as required.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow established care plans.
- Follow infection prevention, health, and safety procedures.

Qualifications
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate from a recognized institution.




- Previous experience in a healthcare or home-care setting is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, compassionate, and professional.
- Availability to work part-time shifts on weekdays and weekends.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
