We’re looking for a dedicated Physician Executive Assistant (also referred to as Medical Office Administrator) to support one of our physicians and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. and continuous growth Support one physician with both administrative and patient coordination tasks Coordinate and manage patient appointments and medical schedules Process OHIP and non-OHIP billing Schedule medical procedures and coordinate logistics Submit prescriptions to pharmacies via telephone Learn and effectively use clinic EMR systems (Baby Sentry and Accuro) 2–5 years of experience supporting senior-level physicians ~ Education in medical administration, clinical administration, or related experience ~ Strong knowledge of medical terminology ~ Experience with OHIP billing processes ~ Experience in a private healthcare setting (an asset) ~ Familiarity with EMRs, medical software, or databases ~ Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite ~ A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities ~ Emotional intelligence and resilience when supporting patients through sensitive situations TRIO Fertility is an equal chance employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
