Overview

We’re seeking a dependable Pizza Cook to prepare quality pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistent food preparation, follows food safety practices, and works well with the kitchen and service teams. Food service or restaurant experience is welcome, but a willingness to learn and contribute is essential.

Duties

- Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients for service.

- Assemble and cook pizzas according to recipes, presentation standards, and customer orders.

- Prepare additional menu items as assigned, maintaining quality and consistency.

- Keep the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.

- Follow food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures, including proper storage and temperature practices.

- Coordinate with team members to prepare orders accurately and on time.

- Support meal preparation and restocking throughout the shift.





- Assist with serving or order handoff as needed.

- Communicate promptly about ingredient shortages, equipment concerns, or food quality issues.

Skills

- Cooking and food preparation skills, including pizza or meal preparation.

- Knowledge of safe food handling and food safety practices, or the ability to learn them.

- Strong attention to cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen and collaborate with others.

- Food service experience, restaurant experience, kitchen experience, or experience in the food industry is helpful.

- Serving experience is a plus.

- Dependability, a positive attitude, and willingness to follow recipes and instructions.

Pay: $17.95 per hour
