Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced pizza maker to join our team. As a key contributor to our restaurant’s success, you will craft authentic, high-quality pizzas with precision and creativity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food preparation expertise in a lively, fast-paced workplace where teamwork and enthusiasm are celebrated.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as dough making, stretching, topping and ingredient portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including pizza stations and food handling zones
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in managing inventory levels of ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste
- Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly with pizza or Italian cuisine preferred




- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen setting
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the food industry or culinary training is advantageous but not mandatory
