Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pizzaiolo to prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistent food preparation, works well with a team, and is committed to excellent service and food safety.

Responsibilities

- Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Stretch and shape dough, assemble pizzas, and cook them to the required quality and consistency.
- Complete meal preparation tasks and support the kitchen team during service.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly store ingredients and equipment.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely, accurate orders.




- Help monitor ingredient levels and communicate when supplies need replenishing.

Experience

- Previous kitchen experience is preferred; restaurant or food service experience is an asset.
- Experience with cooking, food preparation, or meal preparation is beneficial.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the food industry or serving are encouraged to apply.
- Solid attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods are important.

Pay: $17.60-$28.20 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
