Extendicare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Nova Scotia to deliver planned, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with provincial standards. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will work with an inter-qualified team to assess, plan, implement, and document care for residents. You will coordinate care plans, administer medications, educate residents and families, supervise unregulated care providers, and participate in care conferences.
