As a seasoned Marketing and Business Development Lead, you will serve DIALOG’s Private Sector markets, including Mixed-Use Living and Hospitality. You will develop market strategies, manage pursuit pipelines, and coordinate submissions across a multidisciplinary design practice. Success requires strong writing, editing, facilitation, and Adobe InDesign skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop practice group portfolio, expertise, and team understanding

Create market strategies and annual budgets with practice group Chairs

Research opportunities and coordinate pursuit win strategies

Manage CRM acquisition, vetting,



and submission processes

Plan content, assets, communications, awards, and visibility initiatives

Requirements

Eight-plus years in marketing and business development

Experience with complex AEC or B2B professional services pursuits

Related post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or design

Robust writing, editing, facilitation, and relationship-building skills

Strong Adobe InDesign knowledge and presentation skills
