As Production Team

Leader, you will support daily production and quality activities for the Production team. The role includes coordinating PPL-Bag House Powder usage, preparing mix sheets, and maintaining organized shift hand-offs. You will guide team members while working with supervisors and operations staff.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily production and powder usage Prepare mix sheets and support smooth shift hand-offs Oversee batch sampling and production testing Support quality checks and corrective actions Reinforce PPE, safety audits, and 7S organization Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Two-plus years manufacturing or production team-lead experience Powder coating or electrostatic painting experience is an asset Solid communication skills and attention to detail Comfort guiding others and collaborating Use production leadership, quality coordination, and safety awareness to support TIGER’s Guelph afternoon-shift manufacturing team.
