The Interim Coordinator, PSW Resource Team reports to the Manager, Resource Teams. You will oversee department activities, resource management, staffing, scheduling, workplace development, utilization measurements, and improvement initiatives. The position supports PSW scope across clinical units while maintaining working relationships throughout LHSC. It also includes change management within approved operational budgets and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day PSW Resource Team department activities

Coordinate human and material resource management





Oversee daily staffing and scheduling across clinical areas

Support PSW scope with clinical units

Facilitate improvement initiatives and change management

Requirements

Baccalaureate degree in a healthcare-related discipline preferred

Related post-graduate education preferred

Two years leadership experience in a healthcare environment

Three years healthcare experience preferred

Microsoft Office and email computer literacy
