Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Quality Inspector to join our team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 standards and a strong eye for detail. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term growth potential and performance-based wage increases.

Responsibilities

- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts and components
- Ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Identify non-conformities and assist with corrective actions
- Follow company procedures, SOPs, and quality management systems (QMS)
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams
- Use computer systems to enter inspection data and generate reports

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection (automotive preferred)
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or equivalent quality systems




- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and inspection standards
- Robust English communication skills – verbal, written, and reading
- Proficient with computers and basic software (MS Office, ERP systems, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (citizen or permanent resident)
