This Director role owns regional adoption, revenue growth, and ecosystem expansion for BVNK and Mastercard digital asset solutions. You will shape go-to-market strategy, pursue opportunities, and connect customer needs with product priorities. The work spans financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, marketplaces, merchants, and emerging innovators.

Key Responsibilities

Define regional commercialization strategy for BVNK-powered solutions and stablecoins

Build pipeline and advance strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and revenue realization

Lead targeted sales across priority customer segments





Guide opportunities from origination through execution, retention, and growth

Evangelize digital asset and stablecoin payment solutions

Requirements

Significant experience in payments, fintech, digital assets, or financial technology

Ability to originate, negotiate, and close complex enterprise opportunities

Deep understanding of payments across the NAM Region

Experience influencing C-level executives and senior decision-makers

Willingness to travel across the region
