They provide physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, counselling to individuals and families and much more.Client assessments to develop individual care plans Provide primary care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals Simple and advanced wound care, including complex and negative pressure wounds Chronic Disease Management, e.g.
