The HR Business Partner advises senior leaders within Technology and Innovation divisions. You will shape talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. The work also covers employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership development across a remote technology workforce.

Key Responsibilities: Advise senior Technology and Innovation leaders strategically

Develop workforce, succession, and leadership planning strategies

Drive engagement initiatives for remote technical teams

Analyze HR metrics and recommend leadership actions





Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within technology teams

Requirements: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Eight years of progressive HR experience minimum

Four years supporting technology or R&D; functions

Experience in talent management and organizational development

Robust consulting, influencing, analytical, and communication skills

Support globally distributed technology teams through strategic HR advising, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement expertise.
