With two Calgary locations, we provide product sales, rentals, fitting assistance, and personalized customer service.

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and self-motivated individual to join our team. This versatile position combines retail sales, customer service, order processing, computer-based tasks, and general store operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, learns quickly, takes initiative, and can confidently manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide knowledgeable, courteous customer service and assist with product selection, sales, and rentals.
- Process customer orders, invoices, payments, and online purchases accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, stocking, and merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, telephone calls, emails, and order follow-ups.
- Support ecommerce activities, including online order fulfillment and basic product updates.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and store management software.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Work independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and business software.
- Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, inventory, or order processing is an asset.
- Dependable, punctual, responsible, and attentive to detail.




- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.
- Willingness to learn new products, technology, and procedures.
- Medical supply experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
