Shape Indigo retail environments through commercial interior design, CAD, and 3D rendering skills. Occasional travel to store locations is required.

The Designer, Store Design develops design aspects for Indigo’s retail environment and creates concepts aligned with brand and business goals. The position supports new store designs, millwork development, fixture roll-outs, and integrated online and in-store experiences. It reports to the Manager, Store Design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new store design concepts and millwork drawings

Produce CAD fixture floorplans for wide-ranging project formats

Create CAD and 3D renderings for design solutions

Coordinate with architects, consultants, fabricators, and suppliers

Maintain fixture drawings, floorplans,



photographs, and materials library

Requirements

Five years’ professional commercial interior design experience

Degree or diploma in interior design or related field

Expertise in CAD and 3D rendering skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and SketchUp

Construction drawing, administration, building code, and barrier-free design knowledge

Apply commercial design, technical drawing, and rendering expertise to Indigo’s customer-focused store environments and projects.
