Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth through effective outside sales strategies. Duties

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage accounts by providing tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management




- Present product demonstrations and technical sales pitches to prospective clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Excellent analysis skills for market research and sales forecasting
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies based on industry trends and analysis results
- Technical aptitude for understanding complex products or services and conveying value propositions clearly
