Hot Tub Sales & Customer Experience Specialist: Training Provided, Room to Grow!
Hot Tub Wholesale | Part-Time with a Path to Full-Time
Join the Team That Makes Backyards Better!
Love people, love variety, and want a job where no two days look the same? We’re looking for an outgoing, upbeat Hot Tub Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to be the friendly face and voice of our hot tub wholesale team. You’ll welcome customers and dealers, help them find the perfect parts and products, and keep our showroom and shop running smoothly.
You don’t need to know hot tubs. We’ll teach you. We provide full sales and product training, and for the right candidate we’ll send you to BC for in-person hot tub technician training, with travel, hotel and meals paid by the company (November and/or April). If you’re curious, dependable and eager to learn, there’s real room to grow here, from part-time to full-time and from front desk to sales and technical know-how to more!
Schedule: Hours are as needed and decided together with management, typically 24 to 42 hours per week. Most days will be weekdays, 9 am to 5 pm, plus a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers, dealers and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
- Answering phone calls and emails and getting people to the right place
- Scheduling appointments, service calls and deliveries, and keeping calendars in order
- Looking up parts and pricing for customers and dealers
- Creating quotes and invoices, and collecting payments
- Processing orders and maintaining basic inventory records

- Heading out on deliveries and field support with our team, including travel time and some outdoor work with our service tech lead
- Sharing our story and products on social media (Facebook and Instagram) as needed
A heads-up: our shop can get chilly when the bay doors are open,
and field work can mean cold or wet weather. Dress warmly and practically, and you’ll be fine! What You Bring
- A team-player attitude: you follow direction from senior staff, ask questions (we encourage it!), and can also work independently and on your own when needed
- A calm, organized, qualified approach during busy periods and our high-energy sales season
- Confidence in generating and closing sales (we’ll provide the sales and product training)
- A high interest in learning product knowledge and growing with the company, including completing an online hot tub technician course
- A high interest in learning and completing additional training in hot tub chemicals, parts, and accessories
- Trustworthy and comfortable handling payments
- Strong phone manner and the ability to handle inquiries effectively
- Excellent written communication, proofreading skills and follow-up
- Accuracy and efficiency when entering and tracking information, including quotes, invoices and payments
- Solid organization and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage workflow through busy and slow seasons
- Computer-savvy with intermediate to proficient skills, good working knowledge of Gmail and Google Calendar, and familiarity with Facebook and Instagram
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- The ability to move and lift 50 to 80 pounds and safely operate a pallet jack
- The ability to work outdoors in cold weather or rain and dress appropriately for the conditions
- Dedication and reliability, including opening and closing duties (we’re open and ready by 9 am, and work is sometimes required past 5 pm)
- Fluent English
- Availability for weekday daytime shifts and a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month
