Reporting to the Director, Small and Medium Group Sales, you will lead go-to-market execution for Alberta Blue Cross’s Small and Medium Business segment. This manager role oversees seven account executives while supporting acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, retention, and revenue growth. You will align internal teams and external partners around customer needs.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire seven account executives

Manage key advisor and partner relationships

Track forecasts, pipelines, budgets, activities,



and performance indicators

Coordinate planning with Marketing, Product Development, and Finance

Requirements: Five-plus years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience

Five-plus years of relevant industry experience

Expertise in sales enablement and go-to-market strategy design

Experience leading high-performance sales teams

Undergraduate degree in business or a related field
