We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative – Technology - Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) We are seeking a qualified hard working, smart sales representatives to call businesses across the country and introduce, perform an online demo and sell our leading-edge SaaS Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a B2B sale. Look at company profiles online Review their career pages to see the technology they are using Call the company, find person in charge and introduce yourself and our ATS platform.

Do online demo, sell the functions and features in relation to clients needs Close the sales and complete sales paperwork Goal is 5+ 1-hour demos weekly and close 4+ sales monthly It will be your responsibility to introduce our ATS to potential clients, understand their needs and propose the most appropriate solution. The majority of your sales will take place over the phone and after an online Zoom or teams demo. You are responsible to contact prospective clients and manageaccounts to further develop relationships and create sales opportunities.

Our ideal sales representatives will have: Previous experience in any of these disciplines – Sales, ATS, HRIS, Recruiting, Software Sales, Staffing and or general business knowledge.

Experience making outbound calls whether in a customer service or sales capacity Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people to solve problems. we solve problems for our clients' recruitment technology needs. Expert-level computer skills Able to perform 1-hour online demos of the system. You must be tech savvy and be able to walk people through the software in online Zoom or Teams meetings.

Previous experience using a CRM is highly desirable You must be very independent and be able to work with no supervision and produce results This is a performance based IC position ~ 1,000 per sale + 12% of gross revenue including all monthly and annual contracts. ~$2+ sales weekly ~
