Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to help customers find the right products and deliver a positive, helpful shopping experience. This role combines retail sales, product knowledge, and attentive service. Experience in technology sales or technical sales is welcome, but a strong willingness to learn is also valued.

Duties

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features and benefits, including technology products, in clear, accessible language.
- Conduct product demos and answer customer questions.
- Support sales through thoughtful upselling and relevant product suggestions.
- Process purchases and returns using the POS system; handle cashiering and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and assist with merchandising, restocking, and keeping the sales area organized.
- Provide courteous customer service in person and use professional phone etiquette when responding to calls.




- Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs and maintain an orderly store environment.

Skills

- Strong communication skills, customer service, and a professional approach to sales.
- Retail sales, cashiering, POS, and cash-handling experience are helpful.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when processing transactions.
- Interest in technology sales; technical sales experience and confidence giving product demos are a plus.
- Positive time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting.
- Proficiency in English is required. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.

Pay: $17.75-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
