Job Title: Salesforce - Developer You are a Salesforce Developer with experience solving complex problems on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce developer, you have knowledge of the technical domains of Salesforce, including the various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations. You are passionate about building hands-on technical implementations.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products

Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives

Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

Utilize AI-driven accelerated engineering framework to deliver high productivity during project implementations





Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform

Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery

Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensureappropriate designpatterns are followed

Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions

3+ years Salesforce platform experience

Understanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and common AppExchange solutions

Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application interface

Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests

Understanding of the E2E lifecycle of Salesforce development, collaborating with multiple engineers

Knowledge of and experience using AI-enabled engineering approaches for enhancing Salesforce platform implementation

Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata, etc.)

Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components

Knowledge of integrations, 3rd-party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce

Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and software development lifecycle

Experience in Agile Methodology





Experience and exposure in Einstein and Salesforce AI product capabilities

Experience in CI/CD Salesforce services and processes

Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

Hybrid/In office: In addition, there is potential for a 8% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. For a Senior Consultant, the expected base salary range is $113,000 to $138,000. In addition, there is potential for a 10% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
