We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Seasonal Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Hillcrest Mall for the holiday season. Exceptional Swarovski Sales Consultants represent the company as Brand Ambassadors, delivering personalized service, showcasing our beautiful collections and helping create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver luxury customer service: Welcome customers, discover their needs and provide personalized recommendations to help them find the perfect piece.
- Drive sales and achieve targets: Proactively engage with customers, use effective selling techniques and contribute to individual and store sales goals.
- Bring our products to life: Develop product knowledge and confidently communicate the features, craftsmanship and unique qualities of Swarovski jewellery, crystal creations and accessories.
- Build lasting customer relationships: Create meaningful connections, encourage repeat visits and introduce customers to relevant collections and membership opportunities.
- Support daily store operations: Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately while following company policies and point-of-sale procedures.
- Maintain a beautiful store environment: Assist with merchandising,



replenishing stock, organizing inventory and keeping the sales floor clean, organized and visually appealing.
- Work as part of a team: Collaborate with colleagues to support store goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- A professional, polished and approachable manner.
- A results-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for achieving sales targets.
- A willingness to learn about our products, brand and selling techniques.
- Strong teamwork, reliability and attention to detail.
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is an asset, particularly in fashion, jewellery or premium retail.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- Availability during key holiday shopping periods, including November and Black Friday, through the end of the seasonal employment period.

Who You Are

- Candidates must have experience in a premium, luxury branded retail environment
- Background in a target/metric-oriented environment
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations




- Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Store Operations Manuals and Training Manuals
- Minimum 18 years of age
- HS diploma or equivalent
