Key Responsibilities
Provide architectural leadership and direction to the Kamloops office
Oversee projects from concept through contract administration
Coordinate schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
Mentor architects, interns, technologists, and team members
Develop client relationships and pursue recent opportunities
Requirements
Registered Architect with AIBC or another Canadian association
Eligibility and willingness to transfer registration to British Columbia
10+ years of post-graduate architectural experience
Experience managing diverse projects across multiple phases
Knowledge of codes, construction methods, detailing, and financials
Bring design leadership, project expertise, mentoring, and business development experience to the Kamloops office’s continued growth.
