The Senior Project Manager oversees demolition and construction work from award through closeout. You will manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, resources, contracts, and client relationships. Close coordination with Superintendents, Engineering, Health & Safety, Estimating, and Project Coordination supports safe, productive execution.

Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and services

Requirements: 8+ years in demolition or heavy civil construction

Significant project management experience with demolition strongly preferred

Education in construction, engineering, project management, or related discipline

Experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability

Comfort working independently in field-based, site-driven environments
