This Senior Business Analyst role supports large, complex digital and I⁢ initiatives. You will elicit, document, validate, and manage business, functional, non-functional, data, and reporting requirements. The work includes business-process modeling, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.

You will also collaborate with policy, legal, privacy, security, operational, and technology stakeholders. Vendor-based solutions and emerging legislative, regulatory, and policy changes are part of the requirements context.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, workshops, interviews, and validation sessions

Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules





Develop current-state and future-state business-process models

Maintain requirements traceability through design, testing, and implementation

Prepare recommendations, presentations, reports, and decision materials

Requirements

Experience leading analysis for large, complex digital initiatives

Experience facilitating diverse stakeholder and requirements workshops

Experience supporting Agile, iterative, or hybrid delivery environments

Excellent facilitation, writing, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate effectively between business and technical audiences
