Our client, a major player in the mining support services sector based in Kimberley, Northern Cape, is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Advisor with a strong focus on Industrial Relations. This critical role will be responsible for managing and advising on all aspects of employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, and fostering positive relationships with employees and relevant unions. The Senior HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in dispute resolution, disciplinary processes, and the implementation of HR policies within a demanding operational setting.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of South African labour law, particularly as it applies to industrial environments, and a proven track record of successfully managing industrial relations challenges. Provide expert advice and guidance on all matters related to industrial relations and employee relations. Develop, implement, and review industrial relations policies and procedures.

Develop and deliver training to line managers on industrial relations best practices and legal compliance.



Monitor the workplace environment to proactively identify and address potential industrial relations risks. Maintain accurate records of industrial relations activities and outcomes.

Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure integrated HR service delivery. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Industrial Relations, preferably within the mining, manufacturing, or related sectors.
