As Senior Manager, you will guide performance reporting, market intelligence, and portfolio strategy. Your work connects sales, financial, competitive, and operational perspectives. You will help Sales and cross-functional leaders strengthen revenue, margin, competitiveness, and portfolio performance through transparent priorities and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Own recurring reporting across revenue, volume, margin, products, customers, channels, and markets

Translate trends and variances into recommendations for leadership teams

Identify performance gaps and corrective commercial actions

Monitor competitor launches, pricing, promotions, assortment,



and positioning

Lead and develop teams across reporting, insights, and portfolio strategy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, analytics, supply chain, or related field

Seven-plus years in commercial strategy, insights, operations, portfolio, or category management

Experience leading and developing a team

Advanced analytical skills and commercial financial acumen

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools
