The Beer Store seeks a Senior Manager, Draught Services, reporting to the Regional Vice-President, Logistics. You will direct multi-site operations, strengthen processes, and align performance with corporate strategy. The position requires leadership across delivery, installation, inventory, fleet, and brewer fulfillment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee office, warehouse, keg repair, and field operations

Lead transportation, fleet, delivery, inventory, and installation activities

Improve workflows, systems, standard operating procedures, and operational processes





Ensure Health and Safety compliance and operational accountability

Own P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

Requirements

Business degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive operations, logistics, or service management

Experience managing multi-site or field-based operations

Experience with ERP systems and operational technologies

Transformational leadership and change management experience
