Senior Product Manager chance at Caribou for product discovery, execution, and measurable outcomes in a remote Toronto or Montreal role.
As a hands-on product generalist, you will own products from problem identification through launch, measurement, and iteration. You will work across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership while using customer insight, qualitative research, quantitative data, and strong product judgment to shape practical solutions and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Own discovery, prioritization, development, launch, measurement, and iteration
Translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities and actionable plans
Partner with technical and non-technical teams on solutions

Requirements
Five or more years of Product Management experience
Experience owning products end to end
Strong execution skills and bias for action
Technical fluency and data-informed decision-making
