As a Senior Advisor, you will identify opportunities advancing business objectives, brand visibility, community engagement, and member experience. You will work with Quebec counterparts and internal stakeholders to support a cohesive national approach. The work includes philanthropy, sponsorships, experiential marketing, and portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate strategic partnership opportunities
Build relationships with partners, agencies, and community organizations
Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations
Lead complex negotiations through contract execution
Measure performance and provide actionable portfolio insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
Minimum nine years of relevant experience
Experience securing strategic partnerships and sponsorships
Experience managing complex contracts and agreements
Available for travel in Ontario or between offices
