Lead strategic transformation projects at iA Financial Group using artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in Québec City, three to four days onsite weekly.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will guide high-impact initiatives from ideation through Phase 0 within approximately 90-day transformation cycles. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to structure creative solutions before transferring them to execution teams. The work includes business projects, cross-functional initiatives, and evolving operating models.

Key Responsibilities

Identify upcoming mandates with management and prepare teams

Coordinate projects through mandate definition and Phase 0

Organize transfers to execution teams and align portfolios

Facilitate planning, follow-up, retrospective, and governance workshops

Monitor risks,



issues, performance, and change-management action plans

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Four large-scale strategic projects with multiple stakeholders and budgets

Experience managing medium-scope, strategically important cross-functional initiatives

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-management skills

Excellent French and intermediate English proficiency
