We are currently seeking a Service Assistant / Food Runner to support our front-of-house team and help deliver a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Position Overview The Server Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth service operations by supporting servers, delivering food to tables, maintaining table organization, and assisting with guest needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Deliver food to tables and confidently describe dishes and ingredients to guests
- Host and seat guests on arrival
- Answer phones, Arrange reservations and floors
- Communicate with guests regarding dietary restrictions and ingredient questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations




- Support the team with lifting and transporting supplies when required
- Maintain solid knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, ingredients, and brand standards
- Provide attentive and professional guest service at all times

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and moving items
- Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn the menu and restaurant brand in detail
- Availability for evening shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required
