Job Overview

- We are seeking a dependable Snow Removal team member to help keep roads, walkways, parking areas, and other outdoor spaces safe and accessible during winter weather.

- This hands-on role may involve operating snow-removal equipment, clearing snow and ice, and supporting seasonal landscape and property maintenance tasks.

- Work is performed outdoors in changing weather conditions and may require early-morning, evening, overnight, or on-call availability during snow events.

- Training and appropriate protective equipment are provided. Applicants should be prepared for physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, and working around vehicles and machinery.

Responsibilities

- Remove snow and ice from designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, plows, and other assigned equipment.

- Operate and perform basic checks on snow-removal machinery; report damage, hazards, or equipment issues promptly.

- Apply ice-control materials as directed and help maintain protected access routes.

- Use hand tools and power tools safely for snow removal and related property upkeep.





- Inspect work areas for hazards and complete tasks according to safety procedures and site requirements.

- Assist with equipment cleaning, routine maintenance, and storage after use.

- Support landscape maintenance and seasonal outdoor work, which may include gardening, irrigation checks, and basic horticulture tasks.

- Coordinate with team members to respond to changing weather conditions and complete assigned work efficiently.

Skills

- Ability to work outdoors in cold, wet, and variable weather and perform physically demanding tasks safely.

- Familiarity with snow-removal equipment, hand tools, and power tools; willingness to learn equipment operation is important.

- Mechanical knowledge and basic maintenance skills are helpful.

- Excavator operating experience is a plus.

- Landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, or horticulture experience is beneficial.

- Construction experience is an asset.

- Reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$37.53 per hour
