Are you creative, outgoing, and passionate about fashion and social media?

Caswell’s Fine Menswear is looking for a talented In-House Social Media Content Creator to bring our brand to life through engaging videos, photography, and social media content.

We're looking for someone who knows how to grab attention, showcase great products, and create content that makes people want to shop.

This is a hands-on position working directly inside our store, creating content featuring our clothing, brands, promotions, staff, and customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

- Film and produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook videos, and other social media content.
- Showcase new arrivals, trending styles, special promotions, and featured brands.
- Create entertaining, natural-looking videos that capture attention and encourage customers to shop.
- Work with our sales team to film outfit recommendations, styling tips, and product demonstrations.
- Photograph merchandise for social media and online promotions.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Develop creative ideas for weekly content and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and schedule social media posts across our platforms.
- Stay current with social media trends, popular sounds, and video formats.
- Help increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer engagement, and sales.
- Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

What We're Looking For




- Experience creating engaging social media videos and short-form content.
- Strong video filming and editing skills.
- An outgoing, creative personality with a good sense of style.
- Comfortable directing staff on camera and ideally appearing in videos yourself.
- A good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and consistently produce fresh content.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for high-quality visuals.
- Interest in men's fashion, retail, and lifestyle brands.
- Experience with Shopify or retail marketing is an asset.

Position Details Location: Caswell's Fine Menswear – Niagara Falls, Ontario

Position Type: Part-time

Compensation: $25-$30hr

Work Environment: Primarily in-store, with some editing and planning flexibility.
