Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a retail store, providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and offer assistance with their shopping needs.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products that meet their requirements.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels and ensure products are available for sale.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the store management.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and tact.




- Assist in maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
