As Vice President, you will guide a regional business spanning geotechnical engineering, materials engineering, laboratory services, field services, and construction materials. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Earth & Environment, you will shape growth, performance, technical excellence, and long-term business health. The mandate includes strengthening operations, diversifying markets, and building stronger WSP connections.

Key Responsibilities

Set regional vision and translate priorities into focused strategy

Lead budgets, forecasts, profitability, utilization, and workforce planning

Identify emerging trends, client needs, and market opportunities





Ensure safe, efficient, compliant project delivery

Develop leaders and strengthen accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geoscience, or related discipline

Skilled Engineer designation or equivalent registration

15+ years of progressive leadership experience

Financial acumen managing budgets and operational performance

Established BC and Yukon engineering or consulting reputation

Bring strategic growth, operational performance, and people leadership to WSP’s Ground Engineering & Materials business across BC and Yukon.
