Lead secure infrastructure and compliance for AIIM, overseeing cybersecurity, service delivery, and technology operations across North America. This executive role requires sound technical judgment and leadership.

As Vice President, IT Infrastructure & Compliance, you will direct AIIM’s technology foundation for employees, production, and enterprise clients. Set the technology roadmap, manage budgets, lead the internal team, and oversee providers including Uzado. Your scope includes infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, technology risk, and SOC 2 Type II controls.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, and technology services

Lead cybersecurity, incident response, vulnerability management, and secure data exchange

Direct continuity planning, disaster recovery testing, and outage response

Manage AIIM’s team, Uzado,



vendors, budgets, and infrastructure roadmap

Report performance, risks, incidents, spending, and decisions to executives

Requirements

Significant progressive experience leading IT infrastructure and operations

Senior responsibility for cybersecurity, technology risk, or compliance

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, identity management, endpoint security, and recovery

Experience with SOC 2 or comparable assurance programs

Strong communication, judgment, budget, and provider-management abilities

Direct AIIM’s infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and service delivery with explicit executive accountability for technology performance.
