General Responsibilities To ensure the Board achieves the goals it establishes each year. As per Mosaic’s By-laws – The Board will always seek to include a majority of individuals with lived experience as a newcomer to Canada within its membership.
We are looking for Board members who bring any of the following key characteristics:
- Working knowledge of marketing and communications
- Working knowledge of social enterprises
- Experience with succession planning
- Insight into the experience of newcomer parents and building cross cultural bridges
- Knowledge of the challenges facing marginalized newcomer communities
