The work supports corrective actions, retrofit execution, and validation across multiple sites. You will also address voltage, frequency, real-power, and reactive-power issues involving site or grid conditions.Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize inverter performance issues across operating BESS projectsPerform root-cause analysis using data, evidence, and technical reviewMaintain vendor issue logs through validation and closureReview firmware updates, design changes,



and retrofit proposalsTrack retrofit deployment, risks, evidence, and closure criteriaRequirements:
Engineering degree in electrical, computer, or mechanical engineeringMinimum five years in renewable energy or battery storageKnowledge of inverter operation, controls, firmware, and hardwareExperience troubleshooting inverter or BESS issues using event logsAbility to travel up to twenty percent, sometimes on short noticeApply inverter performance, power-systems, and corrective-action expertise to strengthen e-STORAGE BESS projects across Canada or the United States.
