Oversee teams, systems, and schedules.Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance, the Supervisor, Maintenance Electrical oversees all maintenance activity areas. The position covers electrical trades, schedule execution, continuous improvement, staffing, and company standards. Robust leadership, mentoring, communication, and influencing skills support long-term direction at a large mining operation.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee electrical systems, mobile equipment, power distribution, and communicationsPlan and execute daily, weekly,



and long-term maintenance schedulesMonitor performance indicators and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesGuide tradespeople through troubleshooting and corrective actionsLead staffing, training, scheduling, contractors, and resource allocationRequirements:
Valid Electrical Journeyperson’s ticket, technical diploma, or engineering degreeExperience with overhead high-voltage distribution and transmission systemsPrevious mine or industrial experienceStrong understanding of Programmable Logic ControlOrganizational, planning, employee relations, and Microsoft Office skillsBring electrical supervision, maintenance planning, and team leadership to EVR’s mining operation in British Columbia’s Elk Valley.
