Lead Industrial Services operations with a strong focus on safety, field oversight, and team leadership across office and site-based work.As District Manager, you will spearhead GFL’s Industrial Services Team while reporting to the Regional Manager. You will manage union and non-union direct reports, coordinate resources, and support safe, skilled project execution. The work combines office responsibilities with significant field involvement shaped by project demands.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Health and Safety as the top priorityManage direct reports and delegate daily work dutiesConduct field oversight to support customer satisfactionInspect sites and verify labor, equipment, and materialsReview budgets, forecasts, P&L;, bids, and project costsRequirements:
Minimum five years’ leadership or project management experienceIndustrial Cleaning or related field experienceUnderstanding of oil, gas, and pulp mill facilitiesStrong customer relationships within the industryProficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Sheets, and DocsBring safety leadership, field coordination, financial oversight, and customer relationship skills to GFL Industrial Services operations.
