Work regularly across both properties in Rossland.As Director of Food and Beverage, you will lead dining, beverage, banquet, event, and après-ski operations across two distinct hospitality businesses. This hands-on leadership role requires budgeting, forecasting, labour management, inventory control, menu costing, and team development. You will strengthen standards, improve profitability, and preserve each property's unique character.Key Responsibilities:
Stabilize daily operations and establish management routines across both propertiesLead budgets, forecasts, service strategies, and operating prioritiesDevelop beverage, menu, event, and après-ski programsRecruit, coach, schedule,



and retain seasonal employeesEnsure food safety, responsible service, and brand standardsRequirements:
Seven or more years of progressive Food and Beverage leadershipExperience leading multiple outlets and hospitality department managersBudgeting, forecasting, labour, inventory, menu costing, and pricing experienceServing It Right and FoodSafe certifications, or timely completionFlexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periodsBring resort leadership, financial discipline, and guest experience expertise to RED Mountain Resort and The Josie Hotel.
