You will collaborate with Department Chairs, Practice Group Leaders, Practice Directors, and shared services teams. The position supports legal talent strategies aligned with the Firm’s Strategic Plan and core values across Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Waterloo, Hamilton, Ottawa, and Montréal.Key Responsibilities:
Lead lateral associate recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and business casesAdminister associate integration, mentorship, engagement, and career development programsManage associate evaluations, compensation reviews, performance metrics, and development plansMonitor capacity,
