Lead major-gift fundraising for Stella's Place in Toronto, combining donor stewardship and strategic relationship-building within a hybrid senior leadership position.Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director, Major Gifts, advances transformational philanthropic support for Stella's Place. You will manage major-gift prospects, foundations, and corporate partners while leading development staff and cultivating support for young adults. The position requires 5+ years of progressive major-gift fundraising experience.Key Responsibilities:
Develop major-gift strategies targeting annual revenue of $1.5M–$2MManage portfolios of 100–150 major-gift prospectsLead complex solicitations and prepare tailored proposalsCoach volunteers through cultivation,
