Lead enterprise modernization and change management for CBC/Radio-Canada in a hybrid position based in Ottawa, Toronto, or Montreal. Apply strategic governance and workforce transformation expertise.Reporting to the Executive Director, Talent, Organizational Effectiveness and Change, you will establish the People & Culture Change Leadership workstream. You will partner with leaders, project teams, and employees across complex functions. Establish and govern the Enterprise Change CouncilEvaluate portfolio collisions, sequencing conflicts,



and saturation pointsDevelop enterprise change and transformation strategiesCoach leaders and guide visible change sponsorshipMonitor change fatigue through analytical approachesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, or related fieldAdvanced change management certification such as Prosci or ACMPEight or more years of progressive leadership experienceExperience leading enterprise modernization or human resources transformationsBilingual English and French communication skillsBring enterprise governance, strategic communication, and workforce transformation leadership to CBC/Radio-Canada’s modernization agenda.
